"Healing often occurs through insight, action, and relationship — and I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to all three."
Brooke earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with high distinction from Liberty University. She works with individual adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relational difficulties, identity development, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions — including older adults processing meaning, loss, and life-stage changes.
Her approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, existential therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and cognitive-behavioral strategies — tailoring her methods to each client's individual needs and goals.
Brooke has particular experience with clients navigating complex trauma, childhood emotional wounds, attachment injuries, and the lasting impact of difficult relational experiences. She is committed to creating a counseling space where clients feel emotionally safe, deeply understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways.
When desired by the client, Brooke is comfortable thoughtfully integrating faith and spirituality into the counseling process, always honoring client autonomy and personal values.
Outside of counseling, Brooke enjoys yoga, martial arts, creative expression, and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
