Therapy that meets you where you are.
"Healing is not a destination — it's a relationship with yourself you get to keep."
Individual therapy at Clarity is for children, adolescents, and adults ready to talk about what they're carrying and begin to lay it down. We work with you collaboratively: identifying what's actually going on, offering tools that match your real life, and creating the kind of insight that translates into change. For clients who want it, we integrate Christian principles alongside the evidence-based clinical work. For clients who don't, the clinical work stands on its own.
Your relationship is worth fighting for.
"The same love that brought you together can also bring you back."
If your marriage feels like it's drifted, escalated, or gone quiet in ways you don't know how to fix — you've come to the right place. Our couples therapy is grounded in the most rigorously researched approaches in the field: the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Imago Dialogue.
We work with couples in every season — premarital, newly married, parenting, blending families, navigating betrayal, and long marriages that need a tune-up. Whether you arrive together or one of you is more skeptical than the other, we'll meet you where you are.
When family life feels harder than it should.
"Children speak through behavior. We listen — and help them be understood."
Parenting a child who's struggling — with big emotions, defiance, anxiety, attention, or school — is a particular kind of hard. The good news is that the science of what helps is clearer than it's ever been, and we bring it to you.
Clarity has a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) certified trained clinician — a real-time, evidence-based coaching model that gives parents specific skills and a different way of being with their child. We also offer family-centered therapy for older children and adolescents, working with the whole system rather than treating one member as the problem.
For clients who request it, we offer faith-integrated counseling rooted in both the science of mental health and a Christian understanding of healing, growth, wisdom, and spiritual care. Available upon request. Never assumed. Never imposed.
