Individual therapy at Clarity is for children, adolescents, and adults ready to talk about what they're carrying and begin to lay it down. We work with you collaboratively: identifying what's actually going on, offering tools that match your real life, and creating the kind of insight that translates into change. For clients who want it, we integrate Christian principles alongside the evidence-based clinical work. For clients who don't, the clinical work stands on its own.

Clarity has a Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) certified trained clinician — a real-time, evidence-based coaching model that gives parents specific skills and a different way of being with their child. We also offer family-centered therapy for older children and adolescents, working with the whole system rather than treating one member as the problem.
